How to assign an incident

This article will be useful to quality managers and management to assign the incident to do an RCA.

Steps to assign the incident to individual

  1. Click on the “Incident” on the left bar

  2. Select and click the Incident which needs to assigned to do an RCA

  3. “Comment” if any instructions needed

  4. Click on the individual, assign an individual, select the priority and save it.
