This process helps in managing the Org charts, this includes upload, save and sharing the Org charts with the required departments.

How to create a new “org chart”?

Steps to create a new org chart

  1. Select the “Document” in the left bar

  2. Click on “Org charts” folder

  3. Click on the folder where a new org chart has to be created
    If it needs to be created click on “New folder”.

  4. Click on the Create flow chart icon “as shown in the image” and create a new chart.

  5. Create a org chart, click on “Save”

  6. Fill the name i.e org chart name, Version no, Search tag and click on publish if its complete or click on “Save as draft” if incomplete and that needs to be compleated later.

How to share the org chart with departments?

Steps to share an org chart

  1. Select the “Document” in the left bar

  2. Click on “Org chart” folder

  3. Click on the folder where the Org chart exists which needs to be shared.

  4. Click on the More button as shown in the image.

  5. Click on the share button

  6. Select the department where the Org chart needs to be shared and click on “Share”
