How to write an MOM online for the meeting?

Steps to write the MOM for a meeting

  1. Click on the Committees on the left bar

  2. Click on the required committee and select the required scheduled meeting

  3. On the right model click on “MOM”

  4. Write the agenda of the meeting by clicking on “Agenda -edit” button

  5. Write the attendees by clicking on “+” button and click on “assigned to” and select.

  6. Add meeting notes

  7. Add action points from the MOM, click on add to list and select the member

  8. Select the evaluation date and save it

How to upload documents?

  • Click on the required meeting
  • Click on the model
  • Click on “upload new”
  • Select the source of the document and upload it.

How to review the previous meetings?

Steps to review the previous meeting

  1. Click on the Committees on the left bar

  2. Click on the required committee and select the required scheduled meeting

  3. Click on tab “Previous Meetings”

  4. Click on the required meeting which needs to be reviewed
