How to create a new “Flow chart”?
Steps to create a new flow chart
- Select the “Document” in the left bar
- Click on “Flow chart” folder
- Click on the folder where a new flow chart has to be created
If it needs to be created click on “New folder”. - Click on the Create flow chart icon “as shown in the image” and create a new chart.
- Create a flow chart, click on “Save”
- Fill the name i.e Flow chart name, Version no, Search tag and click on publish if its complete or click on “Save as draft” if incomplete and that needs to be compleated later.
How to share the flow chart with departments?
Steps to share a flow chart
- Select the “Document” in the left bar
- Click on “Flow chart” folder
- Click on the folder where the Flow chart exists which needs to be shared.
- Click on the More button as shown in the image.
- Click on the share button
- Select the department where the Flow chart needs to be shared and click on “Share”
